It’s been awhile since I’ve done the Monday Morning Memo so here it is.
These statistics are for the whole Mat Su Borough. They include all the residential property in Wasilla and Palmer as well as the far flung communities of Skwentna and Lake Louise.
The only real interesting number this week is the amount of new listings. Forty five new listings in one week is a pretty high number for this time of year. The reason for this is that sellers are aware of the same things buyers are. Namely, that interest rates are likely to rise, and the home buyer stimulus expires at the end of April.
If you are a seller, you better get your home on the market now.
