Also interesting to note is that from Jan-Nov of 2009 we sold 972 homes for a median price of $205,000. In the same time period of 2010 we sold 981 homes for a median price of exactly $205,000.
It’s important to remember that these statistics include all residential realestate from Talkeetna to Sutton. The majority by far is sold in the Palmer and Wasilla areas.
