Wasilla Real Estate statistics for the week of March 30-April 5, 2010. These are the numbers for the whole Matanuska-Susitna Borough but most of the activity is in the Palmer and Wasilla area.
This has been a good week. A healthy amount of pendings and closings showed up this week. Notice the DOM number for the pendings this week…only 58 days. This is because homes that came on the market with good prices sold very quickly.
On the other hand, people who priced their homes to squeeze the list dime out of them either did not sell at all, or have had to lower their price to less than they would have gotten had they tried for a lower price straight out the door.
