Here is the Monday Market Memo for Palmer, Wasilla and the rest of the borough. It’s interesting to see that very little has changed. I would have expected more homes to come on the market. It is very active for this time of year. Note that more homes went under contract this week then came on the market. This has been happening for awhile. Here is the last memo. Market memo.

Check out the two homes on the top of the page. In many ways they are very similar. They are both what I call “Hillside Ranches” in that they look like a one story home until you go in and realize that they have a full basement with a door that walks out onto level ground. Also they are in the same price range.
