I thought I would restart the Monday Market Memo. It’s a good way to keep track of the real estate market.
The statistics in the chart below are for the past week and include all residential homes in the Matanuska-Susitna Borough. I will post another one at the bottom for only Wasilla and Palmer properties so that you can compare.
Please note one that I did back in April of 2010 here. It’s interesting that the differences are not great.
