These are the real estate statistics for the last week. The inventory is up substantially, 70 new listings this last week-wow!
Pending sales are also healthy and is probably a function of the tax rebate deadline at the end of this month. If you aren’t in contract by the end of April, you miss out on the rebate.

DOM, (days on the market), is down but that is probably caused as much by the huge influx of new listings than by an increased sales volume. May will tell our story for the year, will this continue to be an up year or is it a figment of the “STIMULUS”.
I showed 10 houses in the high $200K price range this week. There are some NICE houses out there in that price range.
