And just in time for spring. Notice that the chart shows 56 new listings and 42 pendings for the week. That is an active market folks.
If you are in the market to buy or sell, now is the time to do it.
For buyers interest rates are still good. This is your chance to lock in a great rate an still get in a home for a reasonable price. There are about 30 more homes on the market this week than there were last week.
For sellers we are currently seeing lots of multiple offers on good homes.
We pended two homes for buyers today. In both cases our buyers were competing with others but won the bid. Primarily this was because they were prepared to act.
Check out the home in the top left. It’s on 2.5 acres, was built in 2005 and has over 2,300 square feet with a two car attached garage and it’s set up for horse. Price at only $239,900.
