Here are the real estate statistics for Feb 8-15, 2016. This is for the entire Mat-Su Valley from Talkeetna to Sutton but most of the action is in the Palmer and Wasilla areas.
Spring is early this year. You can feel the warmth of the sun, it’s getting lighter every day, and real estate action is picking up. There are 10 more homes on the market this week than last and there are more pendings and new listings as well.
The closings were down this week but they will pick up-they have to because the pendings are up and they need to close.
