Pacific North Construction is helping a young couple get into a house in time to take advantage of the tax rebate before the closing deadline of June 30, 2010. This is a pretty tight timeline to meet so we can’t slack off. This post will show the progress as we go along. I will post photos and videos at least once a week so keep coming back to watch this house as it’s being built.
I represent Pacific North who does a fantastic job in building a quality home at a fair price. Read “Seven Reasons To Buy A Home From Pacific North Construction”. These two Pacific North houses went under contract this week: 5680 Rutan Drive which still shows the beautiful staging by Susan Gillespie and is available as a model until closing, and 4680 Sailors Loop. Both of those homes were on my Deals Of The Week last week and are now sold.
The young couple is represented by Lindsay Holland who works with Beth Simpson at Keller Williams in Anchorage.
