Go to matsugov.us and mouse over the “property and maps” tab. Click on “my property” and a search menu will appear. You can search by owner, address, and several other ways. I use owner and address the most.
Once you find the property you are looking for just click the link and a page will appear showing detail on the property. If the property has a building on it click the “show building information” link.
Another very useful feature is the “tax map”. This feature has actually deteriorated in the last few months. Hopefully the borough will improve this soon. The current system may be a little cumbersome for people not familiar with maps but I still use it and find it handy.
