There are basically two types of waterfront properties in the Mat-Su Valley.
There is lakefront property and then there is everything else. The valley has a lot of very nice lakes, some are great fishing, others are great for boating and some see a lot of float planes in the summer.
The other waterfront can be river frontage, creek frontage and in a few cases even ocean frontage on Knik Arm.
