Alaska Real Estate Update for November 6-13, 2023
We are going into a normal real estate winter so far. Our numbers are almost identical to our numbers last year. There are no huge changes other than the number of units sold… which is down 20-30% depending on how you measure it.
Watch the total days on the market. That’s the bottom right number on my whiteboard. If that climbs above 130 start to pay attention to the average prices.
Interest rates are still above 7%…there appear to be no major changes in the works there.
