Here is the Mat-Su Market Memo for the week. This is for the whole Mat-Su Valley. The vast majority of real estate transactions takes place in Wasilla and Palmer.
Note that there were 44 new listings this past week and 44 pendings. So at this point we will have to say that the market is still stable. Usually this time of year we start to see the amount of new listings pass up the new contracts. That will likely happen soon.
We also need to keep track of days on the market. This is especially true for the market as a whole. It has remained relatively stable so far this year, but is a number to watch.
