That because this graph doesn’t show a few other factors in the market. It doesn’t show how many people cancelled or withdrew their listings and it doesn’t show how many houses came back on the market that were previously under contract. I checked, 8 houses came back on the market this week, I haven’t been following this number but will in the future just to keep track of that. That helps to explain the higher inventory even though there were only 3 more houses listed than sold.
The market is strong for smaller ranch style houses. We currently have two on the market. The one on top is in Palmer, it’s insulated with Poly Seal throughout which makes it extremely efficient, The next one is on a quiet culdesac in Settlers Bay. Check these houses out. They are both very good homes.
