I did a look at the first 1/2 of the year on new construction. New construction is still cooking along with about 20% of the market.
Here is the data:
2016–816 total closed–160 new= 19.6%
2015–848 total closed–166 new= 19.5%
2014–731 total closed–116 new= 15.8%
2013–613 total closed–123 new= 20%
