The market slowed a little this week. But this is a seasonal thing. I looked at last year and the numbers were almost the same. Our overall average asking price is about 4% lower than the asking price last year even though our average sales price is about 4.5% higher than the sales price last year. I can think of several different takes on that seeming paradox…but I’ll let you make your own.

The total inventory this year is 374 compared to 378 last year. I’ll wait to see what next week brings, but if the pending number is as low as 18 again I’ll make some predictions.
We are still listing houses…We are putting one on coming soon this afternoon after I send this out. Jay will have one on by this afternoon and I think there are a couple more coming up here in the office. I know we are working on prices on a couple more that should go on the market soon.
