The Lazy Mountain area consists of everything between Maud Road and Clark-Wolverine Road. This is a very large area that is sparsley populated. Not only are there relatively few homes in this area, the people that do live there don’t move very often so the turnover is low.

Right now there are only seven homes for sale in this whole 18 square mile area. The average price for these homes is more than $400,000, but I know two different builders planning to build smaller houses for sale in the mid $100,000 range in this area.
