Cedar Hills Subdivision, Palmer Alaska

Cedar Hills Subdivision is located just off the Glenn Highway about one mile east of downtown Palmer. This makes it a very convenient location for people who commute to Anchorage, Wasilla or Palmer for work. This community is actually in the city limits of Palmer so has the advantage of city water and sewer as well as Palmer Police and Fire.
