I just took a look at the statistics. We have closed 20% more homes in the valley to date this year than the average of the last 4 years. This year there have been 212 closings and the 4 years previous averaged 178 to this date. This is a significant increase which is bound to affect the prices eventually.

Interest rates are still good. Prices have remained about constant for the last 5 years or more. If you are in the market for a home I would suggest jumping down from the fence.
