This home is an amazing value with the 5 star plush energy rating it will not only reward you for years with lower utility costs but AHFC will write you a $7,500 check after closing. If that isn’t enough, the federal government is giving another $8,000 tax rebate to first time home buyers if you buy this year. Combine all that with the historically low interest rates you would be nuts not to seriously look at purchasing a home like this.
