The inventory is dropping. That’s nuts!! The inventory of houses for sale is supposed to be rising this time of year. We, (that is everyone on the MLS), only pended 45 houses in the valley last week. That’s not an astronomical number. We pended 70 in this same week last year and in 2021 we pended 91. Our inventory was higher last year by about 8%, I’ll be honest I expected more houses to be on the market. Competing offers are the norm again. I know a lot of other real estate professionals read this Market Memo but I’m laying it out there for you all. These are the most important strategies. I’d like feedback from other real estate pros on these…what am I missing? What are some other possibilities? I’ll include your tips next week.
