The inventory is slowly growing. This is common for this time of year. I expect that it will continue to grow until at least the end of September. But it’s still very low. People don’t want to sell, they want to hold onto their low-interest rate. Can’t really blame them.
I took a look at the percentage of the sales price compared to the asking price. I wanted to see the most recent data so I looked at only the last two months. Here is how it goes:
