The market is still VERY active. Especially for well priced properties in the “Golden Triangle”. That’s the area basically between Wasilla, Fishhook and Palmer. The further outside that area you go the more the demand drops.
Martha Brookbank listed a property in Hill Timber yesterday. This is just off Trunk and near the Trunk/Parks intersection. That property had 16 showings yesterday and 14 are scheduled for today. That’s a total of 30 buyer’s waiting like vultures for a house in that area to hit the market.
If you have one in that area it will be in demand!!
