5% Commission. No Charge unless house is sold. 2.5% paid to the selling licensee.  Cancel anytime.

Exceptional Photos.  Good photos are extremely important.  We will have excellent photos completed.  Should we need to come back to redo photos we will cheerfully do so.  

Signs and Arrow signs if needed.  After the internet signs are the most important marketing tool for buyers to discover your home.

Heavy Internet Advertising: More than 95% of the buyers use the internet as their primary tool to find their new home.  Any buyer using the internet will be able to discover your home on multiple websites.  Usually your home will be on more than 50 websites.

3D Virtual Tour A walk-through 3d tour using a matterport camera.  This allows the buyer to view the house at their leisure from their home.  Here is an example of one at 6285 Wolverine Road, Palmer Alaska

Narrated Video Tour A narrated video showing all the best features of the home. This provides an ability to feature the benefits the home better than can be done with text or photos.

 

6% Commission.  No charge unless house is sold. 3% paid to the selling licensee. One year listing. ($500 cancellation fee required)

All of the above services with the following additional services:

Inspection. paid for an inspection up front.  The inspection will be used as part of the disclosure and will help the seller determine which repairs to complete for the sale of the house.

Homebook.  A book featuring all the pertinent information for your house will be available for buyers to view.

Flyers.  Color flyers at the sellers option will be available on the sign in front of the house.

Open Houses.  At least two open houses…more if needed.

 

7% Commission.  No charge unless house is sold.  3% of the commission is paid to the selling licensee.  One year listing. ($1000 cancellation fee required)

All of the above services with the following additional services:

Staging Consultant.  A professional staging consultant with make an appointment to advise on how to best stage or decorate your home for a sale.
