Sage was born and raised in Palmer, Alaska. A direct descendant of the original colonists, she has deep roots in the community and a strong connection to the land. Growing up in Alaska instilled in her a love of the outdoors and a strong sense of adventure. Despite her love of her home state, she felt the call to see more of the world. She joined the United States Marine Corps and served her country with distinction, living and working all over the lower 48 states, and a tour overseas.
Now, Sage is an avid fisherwoman and hiker in the summer, and in the winter, she can often be found in the kitchen, cooking up delicious meals for her friends and family. She is a proud mother, and her two daughters are her biggest pride and joy, she ultimately returned to the Mat Su Valley to give them the same unique experiences that come with growing up in Alaska.
