It’s Crunch Time For The Tax Rebate
A quick look at the MLS shows 40 pendings in the last week. That’s a lot.
If a person wants to take advantage of the tax rebate of $8,000 for first time home buyers and $6,500 for “re-buyers”, (is that a word?), you need to be in contract by April 30 and close by June 30.
