Sophia’s Cafe (formerly called Sophia’s Kafe Neo) at 9191 E Frontage Rd, off the Palmer-Wasilla Highway, east of Trunk Road. It’s easy to drive right by without really noticing that there is a great little restaurant just off the busy highway.
If you enjoy authentic Greek and Mediterranean food… stop driving by and drive right in! Good service and great food await you. I had the Chicken Pita Sandwich. Excellent! And if you like real Gyro’s, I mean the real thing…Sophia’s are second to none.
The interior is not showy, but neo modern warehouse chic. Local art on the walls, comfy chairs and sofas in the corner, exposed steel beams on the ceiling.
