It’s Spring, Real Estate Is Warming Up In The Valley! April 20th, 2012
The house to the left is a good example of the level of real estate activity in the valley right now. This house was under contract with a buyer who suddenly had a change in his life which made him unqualified for the loan. This was very disappointing to the owner because he was planning to purchase another house based on this sale. Now he had lost important marketing time. We put the house back on the market on Tuesday and had three showings on Wednesday. Two other buyers had lined up appointments for Thursday and Friday but one of the Wednesday buyers had already bought it.The weekend of the 27-29 of April will be the Spring Preview of Homes by the Mat-Su Home Builders Association.. There will also be a home show at the Menard Center at the same time. I expect a real good turn-out. We will be showing the home to the right by Pacific North Construction. This is a beautiful 1900 square foot ranch with a 3 car garage. It should be just finished by next weekend. Check it out. This house is only $278,900.
