    Marty,

    Seems like your market is headed for brighter days (or is it already been?). I remember in Reno, one sign that our market was stable was when demand was healthy enough to absorb homes that were yet to be built.

    If this is the case for your market (valley market?) I’m happy for you guys. We’ve had enough bad news for now.
