Pioneer Meadows is just west of Palmer on the north side of the Glenn Highway. It is one of several neighborhoods in the Palmer area developed by Jess Hall of Hall Quality Homes.
Jess Hall has been building in Palmer since I have been in real estate and that is a long time. I remember selling a Jess Hall home in 1991.
Pioneer Meadows was developed in 2000 with most of the homes built in 2001 and 2002. They are modern homes that are energy efficient and in generally in good condition.
This is a great location for Anchorage commuters. It is only about 40 miles from Anchorage with no stop lights in between. It is a classic suburban neighborhood of neat lawns, fenced back yards, and middle income houses.
There are five homes for sale right now in Pioneer Meadows. The median price is $230,000. The median size is 1,494 square feet. The largest home has 4 bedrooms while the rest of them are 3 bedroom homes. They all have 2 car garages and paved driveways.
There have been 10 homes sold in Pioneer Meadows in the last year with a median price of $228,000. If you are looking for a reasonable priced home in a good commute area give me a call at 907 232-7900 or drop me an email. I would be happy to show you any of the homes for sale in Pioneer Meadows.
