Wasilla Motivated Sellers May 16th, 2008

The Motivated Seller list is updated for this week.  There are over 100 properties identified including 20 foreclosed properties.  These include foreclosures, relo corporate owned, divorce sales and other types of sellers that will do whatever it will take to get a property to sell.

It appears that about 30–40 properties are going into pending sales status every week.  I would guess that about 1/2 of them will be from this list.  The others are new construction and very nice properties that are priced right.
