It’s been awhile coming, but now you can search all the listings in the Wasilla, Palmer and Anchorage just by clicking the Search Everyone’s Listings link to the upper-right.

I’m still tweaking this so check it out and send me an email if you would like to see something different.  The goal is to have it simple, fast, and easy.

Please note…I don’t ask you to sign in.  Just search all you want.  I believe it’s faster and easier than the search engine on alaskarealestate.com.  If you would like to see some different choices please let me know.

    Hi, Just wanted to let you know your search engine isn’t quite up to par yet. I tried a search for all homes under $200,000 and got 282 pages worth. However, lots of homes selling for $850,000+ showed up too. So I narrowed the search more – to homes under $100,000 – just to see what I would get. And I got the same 282 pages! Not useful.

    Actually Julie…I tried it and got 857 pages under $200,000. That is a lot more homes than are on the market at any price.

    Hmmm. Back to the drawing board. It should be fixed by tomorrow.
